As I was packing my stuff for my trip to Moscow and visit Arbat, as well as the Gagarin memorial complex as part of the trip that I got from the Russian travel company that I contacted, I was able to remember a very beautiful plant known as the Russian Sage. Since I have been in to gardening lately, I thought it would be a good idea to get some information about this plant so I could have them growing in my backyard. As I search for this wonderful plant, I found out that this plant only blooms at the hottest part of summer in Russia, the part of the year when all plants and flowers stop blooming. It basically shows a frosty gray-green leaves and cool lavender flower spikes that is enough to cool down the heat just by merely looking at it. The plant should also save me time, money and effort because once a Russian sage is planted, it can easily spread out and give that great looking plant colors. I guess it would be nicer to ask around when I get to Russia to see if it would be possible for me to plant one in my garden so I’d know if it is something that I could do.
